Event Details

Registrations are EXTREMELY Limited. Slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Please DO NOT wait until the registration deadline to register. There will be a "Closed" and an "Open" Divison. Please see below for more information.

"Closed" GameTime SportZ Division Details

The "Closed" Divisions are reserved for past and current GameTime SportZ players ONLY! We will place players on their current teams and/or add them to existing teams as "Free Agents" if their current team doesn't sign up to play. "Closed" Division Players must register "Individually".


"Closed" Division Games will NOT BE TOURNAMENT GAMES. We want the the kids to enjoy their exeperinces as much as possible. Teams will play 3 games total and coaches MUST follow curent GameTime SportZ "Kids FIRST" rotation and playing time rules. ALL games will be played inside Paul Brown Stadium




 3-4yr olds (Current P Squad Division Players)...$20.00 per player

 5-14yr olds (Mini Mites -Seniors)...$38.50 per player

          ***ALL kids will receive a FREE T Shirt and a Medal after their 3rd games.

       ***Please add a 6% processing fee per registrant

       ***Current Coaches who coach at the event will recieve a $10.00 discount




"Open" Division Details

The  "Open" Division will be "Open" for teams from any league area. THIS IS A COMPETITIVE TOURNAMENT DIVISION.

Teams from Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Chicago and Pennsylvania have been invited. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Teams will play 2 "seed" games in the morning and single elimination will take place in the afternoon/evening. We will follow the NFL Flag Football Tournament Rules. Games will begin at 7:30am. Schedules to be released the week of Oct 13th.


Age Brackets (ages as of Aug 1st 2014)...Copy of birth certificates are required upon "check in" at stadium.

7-8yr olds

9-10yr olds





$300 per team. Online Registration ONLY. Head Coaches MUST register their teams. Please add 6% processing fee per team registration. Max of 10 kids per team.

***Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams only.



Paul Brown Stadium Details

~Everyone must enter Gate A (near corner of Mehring & Central) near the flag poles

~Gate Fee ($5.00) for Adults & Children (3 & up) not participating in the event. Coaches & Players enter free.

~ONLY Coaches, Players and Stat Keepers are allowed on the fields. All Coaches MUST have current GameTime SportZ Coach Shirts. Exception: P Squad family members may access field. No lawn chairs are allowed.

~NO FOOD or DRINKS allowed in Statdium

~Paul Brown Stadium will provide concessions.


Weather/Refund Policy

~Processing Fees are Non Refundable. Any refund request must be submitted via email to prior to the registration deadline. $20 cancellation fee will apply to all individual registrations and a $100 cancellation fee to all team registrations. All approved refunds will be issued by check within 14days of approval.


~GameTime SportZ submits non refundable deposits to Paul Brown Stadium. In the event of adverse weather and/or unplayable conditions, games may be delayed, shortened or canceled. If the event in whole is cancelled due to weather, refunds will be submitted on a partial basis. Full refunds will can not be issued. The exact amount will be determined within 5 business days of the event.
